Waffles versus Pancakes.

Whats your preference? I haven't put a recipe on for waffles, as am going to try the pancake one and see what its like, it looks quite yummy. Plus haven't got a waffle maker any way. Years ago used to go to a waffle place in Sydney, actually it was in Chatswood Shopping Centre. Doubt very much if its there now. But it was so good. A lot of the time you used to think yourself very lucky if there was a spare table anywhere, to park your tired body after shopping. It was incredibly popular. I haven't been to N.S.W. for years and years. Would make a bet the change there would be unbelievable, wonder if Chatswood's changed much. Another lady put a recipe on her blog for pork marinated in apple juice, so am going to try that one soon also. Maybe the both on the same night. This week is more like winter here at the moment so would be a good week to try them both.
